How much does it cost?

• Space rental is $300/hour, minimum 4 hours for smaller scale events like Showers, Birthday Parties, Dinners, etc.

• a 20% admin fee will be added to each invoice

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable

• a $250 cleaning fee is required for each event

What about a wedding?

• We would love to host your special day! Please contact us for details on our wedding packages

What is included?

• Access to the conservatory and courtyard, bathroom access (in the store), and free on site parking

Can I bring my own food and drink to serve?

• Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own food and beverages. We do not allow hard alcohol. Beer, wine and champagne only. If alcohol will be consumed a banquet permit is required. Please contact us for more details.

What if I need more tables and chairs?

• We have tables and chairs available for rent. The rate is $8/table and $4.50/chair.

How late in the evening can my event be?

• Due to neighborhood noise ordinances no event can go past 10pm- you must be off the property by then

• Music must end at 9pm
